A setup fee of $449 + $50 per user applies and includes: User configuration, number porting, voice routing, voicemail, after hours messages and end-user documentation. A 1 hour online training session is also provided for all required staff – a quote for additional training can be provided on request.

*A direct routing service from CommsChoice is required in addition to this service. Minimum cost per user is $120 per year + call costs, or $396 for an all inclusive plan. TWNY will assist in provisioning and maintaining the service however this will be invoiced separately via CommsChoice.
