Managed Technology

Your everyday technology, properly looked after.

Your email, devices, files, security and suppliers depend on each other. We bring everyday care together, with a clear place to bring questions and people who understand the context.

Discuss ongoing support

When ongoing care makes sense.

  • Keeping across everyday technology is becoming another job for the owner or office manager.

  • You need a clear point of contact when a problem involves several providers.

  • You want advice before a renewal, staffing change or replacement becomes urgent.

The work

A scope built around your business.

We agree the scope with you: what we will look after, how support works and where other providers remain involved. It reflects your environment and the help you need.

Microsoft 365 and everyday support

Email, files, Teams, calendars and licensing, with routine administration and day-to-day help. We work through issues with your wider setup in view, rather than treating each one as an isolated ticket.

Devices and access

Laptops and desktops enrolled, updated and supported, with appropriate accounts and permissions. People joining, changing roles or leaving need coordinated attention to both their device and their access.

Security and recovery

Security controls and recovery planning need to work together. We establish which information is protected, how long it is retained and how a restore is handled.

Domains, networks and suppliers

Domains, internet, local networks, providers, subscriptions and renewals can be coordinated together. Where another supplier needs to act, we help work the issue through with them.

Websites and planning

Website care and forward planning can sit alongside workplace management. We help you consider replacements, renewals and business changes; substantial website work is scoped separately.

Working together

Start with what is already there.

  1. Understand the environment

We start with how your team works, the systems you depend on and the issues taking your time. You do not need a complete technical inventory to begin.

  2. Agree the responsibility

We set out the ongoing scope, support arrangements and any initial work needed. Taking over an existing setup does not mean replacing everything. We identify the access, information and urgent gaps that need attention before the transition.

  3. Keep the relationship practical

We handle the routine work, coordinate issues and raise decisions with you. You can see what needs attention now and what can sensibly wait.

Your business stays in control.

You own your domains, data and decisions. Domains stay registered in your name, and we keep responsibilities clear between your business, us and other providers.

Projects have their own scope.

A migration, substantial clean-up, website build or specialist piece of advice may sit alongside ongoing care. We explain the distinction and agree that work separately.

Common questions

Can you work with the systems and providers we already use?

Yes. We assess what is there, retain what makes sense and clarify each provider's responsibilities. Where a transition or clean-up is needed, we explain the work before recommending a change.

Does this include day-to-day IT support?

Yes, within the agreed environment and support arrangement. It also covers the ongoing administration and coordination behind those everyday requests, so support is part of a broader relationship.

Does a higher level of responsibility include every project?

No. Broader ongoing care does not make every migration, website build or specialist engagement part of the arrangement. Larger changes have a separate written scope and proposal.

What support hours and arrangements apply?

These are set out in your proposal. We discuss what your business needs before asking you to commit.

Do you work remotely or visit us?

Most work is handled remotely. If an issue or project needs an on-site visit, we discuss it and arrange the visit as part of the work.

Who owns our domains and data?

You do. Domains remain registered in your name and your data remains yours. We manage the day-to-day work and coordinate providers; the business retains its systems and decisions.

Tell us what keeps landing on your desk.

A recurring issue, a change ahead or too many loose ends. Start with what is happening in the business; we can work out the technical detail together.
