- 02 We recommend a starting point — ongoing Managed Technology, a defined project, or a piece of advice. Where work is proposed, we explain the scope and commercial arrangement before getting started.
- 03 If the work is outside what we are set up to deliver, we will say so early.
We work with small and mid-sized Australian businesses. Most work is remote; visits are arranged when needed. Personal devices, home networks and large legacy server environments are not the focus of our service.
