Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 that works for your business.

Email, files, calendars and Teams should help people get on with their work. When documents are hard to find or permissions have grown messy, we start with the setup and the people using it.

Discuss Microsoft 365

Bring us the problem you can see.

  • You are unsure which licences people need, who has access or how to handle staff changes.

  • Your team struggles to find files, understand permissions or work consistently across shared spaces.

  • You are moving systems, changing providers or ready to tidy a difficult setup.

The work

Practical work across your workplace.

The starting point might be one issue. We consider the surrounding accounts, information and ways of working before recommending a project or ongoing arrangement.

Licences, accounts and collaboration

We help match licences to people's work and handle routine accounts, email, calendars and Teams administration. We start with what you have, how people collaborate and where the current setup is getting in their way.

Devices, sign-in and access

Staff and guest access need attention as people join, change roles or leave. We review devices, permissions and sign-in arrangements together. Microsoft 365 Business Premium may be appropriate, depending on your needs and existing licences.

SharePoint and shared files

SharePoint holds your organisation's shared information. We work through structure, permissions and storage problems, including former users' material, so the setup reflects who uses the information and how it is maintained.

Migrations and transitions

Moving email, files or an existing Microsoft 365 environment needs a plan. We establish what is moving, its dependencies, access and handover, with the change planned around the business's working needs.

Tenant clean-up

Your tenant is the Microsoft 365 environment that holds your organisation's accounts and services. We can investigate accumulated account, access or administration problems and agree a defined piece of remediation work.

Copilot and practical automation

Start with a task that is worth improving. We help assess the use case, the information and permissions involved, and whether an AI tool or a simpler automation would be useful before adding licences.

Backup and recovery scope

We establish which information needs protection, retention requirements and the process for recovery. Shared information, storage arrangements and former users' data all matter to that design.

Working together

Understand it. Agree the work. Make the change.

  1. Start with how work happens

Tell us what people are trying to do and where they get stuck. We look at the existing setup without assuming it needs replacing.

  2. Separate routine care from project work

An account change is different from restructuring shared files or moving systems. We identify the right approach, explain the work involved and who will handle it.

  3. Plan for the work afterwards

A changed setup still needs administration. We agree who will look after it and what the handover needs to cover.

Ongoing care or a defined project.

Routine Microsoft 365 administration can sit within Managed Technology. Migrations, substantial SharePoint changes and remediation are delivered as Professional Services. You do not need an ongoing agreement to commission a project.

Your information, your decisions.

Your organisation's accounts and data remain yours. We explain access and configuration decisions in plain English and clarify who handles what.

Common questions

Can you work with our existing Microsoft 365 environment?

Yes. We can investigate a particular issue or review an existing tenant, then recommend changes based on what your business needs. Starting again is not the default.

Will we have to replace our licences?

Not automatically. We look at the licences you have and what people need to do. Any recommended change should have a practical reason, with the implications explained before you decide.

Can you help with a SharePoint permissions problem?

Yes. We look at who needs access and how files are organised. The work may be a targeted correction or a larger restructure, depending on what we find.

Is backup automatically included?

We make backup and recovery responsibilities explicit in the agreed scope, including the information covered and retention needs. Do not assume that a licence or a general management arrangement defines those details for your business.

Do we need Copilot?

Only if there is a useful case for it. We can help assess the work you want to improve and the information involved. A simpler process change or automation may be more appropriate.

You can start without the technical answer.

Tell us what is getting in the way, what you want to change and any dates that matter. We will help work out a sensible next step.
